This approach ensures consistency and quality throughout their production.
1. Pre-Press & Art-work Processing
Prepress is the process of preparing digital files for a printing press—making them ready for printing. Our prepress department reviews the client’s electronic files and make adjustments to them to make them compatible with printing on paper or other substrates on ArtisoCAD. High-End Kongsberg samplemakers for accurate cutting and creasing of instant dummies. Our state of the art equipment, up to date software and highly skilled technicians not only ensure that customer’s requirements are adhered with regards to colour and graphic reproduction, but also assure optimal cost and production feasibility.
2. Printing
With the use of special inks, varnishes and texturing effects on our high speed multi-colour printing machines with UV coater we can offer our clients a wide range of specialized, innovative and customizable solution that enhance the visual appearance, hand feel and overall quality of the packaging.
3. Surface Enhancement
Value-addition is our USP. We have adopted updated technology that offers surface enhancements like embossing, UV/Spot UV, foil stamping, texture, matte lamination amongst others.
4. Finishing
Our finished product enriches the shelf-esteem of the packaged product, hence it is imperative on us to deliver a flawless finished product every time. Our fully automated machines enable us to consistently offer a perfect final result in die cutting, stripping and cutting, gluing, folding and cellophane window patch.
5. Quality Control
Our main goal is to produce a product with a predetermined budget, schedule and quality. Hence, to achieve our goal we have 3 stages of quality control starting from quality control of incoming raw materials, quality control in the production process, and quality control of finishing. Our QC lab is equipped with latest tools to provide us the results and record data that assists us in improving our process and quality continuously.
